There are 3 ways to connect with your teacher:

Log into the LMS → select your course → click “Message Teacher”
Use the “Academic Q&A” section on your dashboard
Email your teacher directly (contact provided within the course page)
⏱️ Teachers typically respond within 24 working hours

What if I lose connection during a test?

💡 Don’t worry! Our LMS auto-saves your progress every 30 seconds.
If your internet disconnects:

Log back in → your test will resume where you left off
If the test has a strict deadline and cannot resume, contact your tutor or support team within 1 hour of the incident:
